The goal of this project was to design a swivel chair that delivers a joyful, approachable experience for the mass market.

Two plush, memory-foam–lined seat and back cushions create a welcoming silhouette that defines the chair’s character. The foldable back cushion significantly reduces shipping costs by minimizing overall height, while also simplifying the plywood mold and reducing material complexity—key factors in making the chair more financially accessible to people.
